2.1 Analysing the cultural, social and physical features of the
given destinations
TUI group is considered as one of the multinational
travel and tourism company which owns different
travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cruise as well as
some retail stores.
While working as a product development manager
in TUI group, it is important for me in order to have
certain knowledge relating to different products and
also have to understand the utmost needs and
demands of customers.

THAILAND
Culture
Signifying the majestic history of the place, Thailand
have many museums.
These museums belong to different genre such as war
history, art, jewellery, earth science, geography and many
others.
Further, the culture of nation is quite simple and there
exist unity among the individual who resides in Thailand.
The cultural legacy of Thailand shows some of the major
challenges and obstacles which country sees. Many a
time, bad climate of the location also influence the
working as well as transportation facilities.

Social
Thailand is considered as a most renounced tourist
destination which is eventually visited by large number of
individuals from around the globe. Mentioned place is
also counted in the most often visited place in the world.
Delicious food, excellent cooking and broad varieties of
dishes is considered as major characteristic of Thailand.
Thai people have some sense of gratitude for their elderly
people and they show hint of respect to their seniors,
teachers as well as parents.
