India lies in south of Asia and is a country which consists of the most diversified culture.
In last one decade, number of travellers and tourist in the country has increased to a

Social features
Language- In terms of language it can be stated that there are more than 30 language
which are being spoken in India. However, Hindi is the common language in the country
(Popesku and Pavlović, 2013).
History- The civilization of India is considered as one the oldest civilization in the entire
world. Further, its history is a thousand year old and it termed as one of the grand epics in
the history of the world (Stalidis and Karapistolis, 2014).
Demographics variable- The total population of India is 1,251,695,584 and most of the
people belongs to middle and lower income group. It can be stated that Indian population
is equal to 17.9% of the worlds total population (Oppewal, Huybers and Crouch, 2015).

Physical features
Climate- The climate of country differs from one city to another and therefore it consists
of variety of climates. In the southern part, its climate is tropical in nature whereas
Himalayan north consists of alpine climate. Few places are very hot whereas there are
some places which remains cool all throughout the year (Pike, 2012).
Accommodation- Travellers or tourist cannot have any kind of problem in terms of
accommodations in the country. Adequate accommodation facilities are available in Indian
and this ranges from 7 star accommodation to low budget hotels (Boniface, Cooper and
Cooper, 2016).

Tradition- It can be expressed that culture in India plays very important role in
determining the living of people in country. Each and every state has its own set of
traditions, language, music and religion. States also differ from each other in terms of
dressing and food (Zhang and et.al., 2014).
Attitude- The attitude of people in India is very caring and helpful which is very good for
the development of tourism in the country. Furthermore, all the businesses and individuals
in tourism industry seeks for providing the best services to tourists (Popesku and
Pavlović, 2013).
Places that appeal tourism: Rajasthan, Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Goa etc. are the
major states which attracts tourist. Red fort, Taj mahal, City Place are major monuments

Language- Spanish is the main language of Spain and majority of population speaks
the same. Along with this, Basque and Asturian/Leonese are other languages spoken
in the country (Chen, Shang and Li, 2014).
History- It can be stated that the history of Spain is associated with early middle age.
Germanic tribes were the one which first conquered the country and then it was taken
over by Moors (Cole, 2012).
Demographics variable- The total population of Spain is 46.77 Million which was
recorded in the year 2014. It can be also stated that 77% individuals of the total
population fall in the category of urban population (Boniface, Cooper and Cooper,

Climate- The climate in Spain is categorized into three major forms which are
witnessed by local people. It can be also stated that rainy winters, dry summers and
