INTRODUCTION TUI Group is required to identify various factors whichcan affect the development of ravel and tourism industry. The travel agency is also working with its customers and employees to bring upliftments in the tourism sector. It is providing proper training and development programmes to them so that they can aware of many tourist destinations in the Travel Centre. There will be two destinations selected, whwereby TUI Group seek for business opportunities. Inthispresentation,featuresofdevelopingcountry(Nepal)and developed country (Kenya) will be analysed.
Social:People of different interests, travel this country, visit national parks, safaris and game reserves. But, it is very difficult to make visa for this country, poeple need to apply for visa before visiting the country. Moreover, travellers have the held their passport for the time period of 6 months. It has been estimatd that by 2013, Gross Domestic Product rate of Kenya was 55.24 billion USD
Physical attractions:There is broad spectrum of scope for tourism in Kenya. It includes safaris, amusement parks, camping, musuems, monuments, nature parks, scuba diving, beach, coral reefs, nightlife and many more. It also has many other attractions, such as mosques, valley and etc. This country is also known for wonderful musuems, national parks, food cuisines, music,national parks and wildlife. Moreover, there is also have variety of music, festivals and cuisines whbich attract many people. Due to its vibrant culturea and diversification, millions of tourist get attracted. Moreover, it also has been recorded in 2000 that there wereover 1036, 628 visitors, who visit the country yearly.

As, there are over 8-10 highest mountains which attracts many people across the world.Analysis of tourism in Nepal is discussed below: Cultural:Nepal has mix culture of languages, climates, dialetcs, temples, musuems, hills, dance, traditional customs, heritage, foods, architechures and monuments. Travellers can seek for rock climbing, adventure, cycling nad other activities also.
Social:Many social factors are there, that affect the tourim of NEPAL. It can be lack of facilities, like transportation, watrer and electricity facilities and other hospitality provisions. People travel the country for adventurous trips, holiday packages and for other purposes. It has been estimated in 2013, that growth rate of Nepal was 19. 29 billion USD.
Physical attractions:Nepal has many physical attractions, such as, lakes monastery, monuments, architectures and museum. Mount Everest, which is hughest mountain peak all across the world gather the attention of millions of poeple. It has been reported in 2012 that 598,204 foriegners visited the Nepal. Travel and tourism industry is making huge profits because of presence of broad range of substantial global tourist destination.
