Tourist destination refers to such an attractive place where the visitors may show their
willingness and interest to visit in order to spend some leisure time with their families, relatives
and friends. The travel and tourism industry is one of the fastest growing industry which
contributes maximum in the development of standard of living of an individual as well as
economy of country. The present assignment report is based on Virgin Holidays, a private
company which is engaged in providing attractive holiday packages for different destinations
located in Africa, Australia, Caribbean, South Pacific etc. The project covers the statistics to
evaluate predict future trends of visitors destination and discussing about the analysis of social,
physical and culture destinations in order to explain the appeal related to visitors. The project
also includes the potential issues which make impact on the visitors attractions (Ahmad, 2013).

packages of different destination where the visitors desired to visit in their holidays. As the
economy of United Kingdom increases due to having different destinations. Through this, some
other countries as well providing importance to the travel and tourism sector. As travel and
tourism business provides many beneficial advantages in form of creating employment
opportunities due to which the income of local people increases which makes positive impact on
their standard of living (Chon, 2015). In this, mainly two types of visitors attractions are there
such as domestic and international. There are number of countries along with their income
generations are given as below:

promotion of responsible tourism activities such as economic benefits for local people and
enhancement of the well being of the host communities. UK is developed nation and considered
as the most attractive place where most of the people are like to visit. So, management of Virgin
Holidays have the duty is to adopt such approaches which helps in creation of the tourism
activities more responsible. These different kind of aspects are defined below:

Taking the involvement of the individuals of UK in important decision making process
which have direct impact upon their lives.
Taking of necessary steps which provides positive contribution regarding the safety of
natural and cultural heritage in UK
Providence tourist activities in such manner which helps in providence of the more
enjoyable experiences to tourists which contributes in making of the good connection of
tourists with local people and culture.

employment opportunities. In addition with this, Nepal is also developing tourist destination
countries which are now currently focusing more to the development of tourist destination and
fast recovery from natural hazards. There are various factors as well which makes huge impact
