great impact on the growth and success of destination place. Thus, it is the
responsibility of the government and respective city to frame suitable strategic
framework by taking into account the economic and political conditions of the
country or cities.
Economic and political characteristics of London
Political aspects:
 London city of UK is owned and regulated by the Government of England.
 In this, with the aim to promote more tourism government places more
emphasis on improving the transportation aspects.
 It enables government to enhance more tourism within the economy.

 From the statistical chart of London it has been identified that Travel &
Tourism sector has made remarkable contribution in the growth and
development of economy.
 Increasing number of visitors is the positive indicator for London and
thereby makes direct contribution in the GDP of UK.

Political aspects:
 France government also makes emphasis on the promotion of tourists
development.
 Nevertheless, government fails to make high level of safety arrangements
which affects the growth of tourism in the negative direction.
