INTRODUCTION
Main objective of this report is to better analysis the concept of various kinds of resorts. It
refers to a place where people go for rest, sport and another stated purpose. It can be a tourist
resort, holiday resort and a beach resort etc. The resort is considered as a place in which they
offer superior kind of services to guest such as lodging, shopping, and entertainment and so on.
This report is in respect of Miladhoo Island Maldives. This resort is determined as a commercial
establishment which provide luxurious accommodation, luxury services as well amenities. This
report will include various type of resort with their main features and potential issues. This resort
was open in November 2016 and they provide barefoot luxury global class Indian Ocean places.
This assignment provides discussion in respect of various types of sports and there is different
kind of challenges that is confronted. They offer explanation in respect of different package that
assists in attracting ample of customer and maintain budgets and managed accordingly. In
addition to this, they emphasized on managing business plan and use diverse method that help in
ensuring quality of products and services in an appropriate manner (Brunt, Horner and Semley,
2017).

There are diverse resorts which are divided as per its feature and there are different kinds
of challenges which is confronted or faced by manager of resorts that imposes direct impact on
tourism sector which is given beneath:
Beach resort this kind of resort located within coastal areas that provide various types
kind of facility to customer that imposes higher level of cost and they are situated within pleasant
place. It is considered as a convenient for family member because they provide different kind of
facility like evening entertainment, kids club and many more. Therefore, the beach resort is
determined as a resort which is convenient for small family and they provide facility according
to need of customer that help in retaining them for a longer period of time (Calhoun, 2017). It is
considered as a kind of resort that is located in isolated Island as well as they provide luxurious
facility to customer and for vacation of friends. The provide opportunity to it user in order to
expand holiday in addition with nature and on regular basis area. Their primary purpose is to
bring new products and services in order to attract user during the period of time. In addition to

this, the primal purpose are connected to resort is to provide diverse kind of facilities to its user
such as swimming, bathing and also face diverse kind of challenges such as sustainable
development in coastal area that is useful in survival of person during particular phase of time
