new design for organisation's operations that focusses on producing goods and services as well.
Organisation undertaken under this report is Toyota Motor Corporation which is an multinational
automotive situated in Japan. This report will differentiate between the role of leaders and
function of manager by applying a range of theories. It will also highlight how managers and
leaders will improve their efficiency which is done in order to achieve overall business objective.
The later part of the report deals with various environmental factors that have impacted the
organisation's performance (Åström and et. al., 2017).
