TASK 1System theoryIt can be define as phenomena which investigate both the principles common to allcomplex entities. A system can be said to consist of 4 things such as: first is object as well asvariable within the system, second is attribute and third is a system that has internalrelationship among its objects (Hofmann-Wellenhof, Lichtenegger and Collins, 2013).Fourth, the last part covers the system that exists in the environment.Figure1: Conceptual ModelData processing is another most important concept which includes inputdata, processinformation and feedback. This overall process takes place in the internal parts of computersystems through which overall information can be stored. In this, data consists of raw factssuch as customer name, address as well as other information. Turning this data into theinformation is a set of logically related tasks performed to achieve a defined outcome.Further, the outcomes will be presented in the form of information to all the customers so thatthey can gain appropriate information at the required time.DATAPROCESSINFO1.A12342.Mobile phone(Product)3.Update inventorythrough spread sheet4.C.O.D method Cashon delivery1.Create customeraccount2.Place product inshopping basket &calculate bill3.Update inventoryinc.
