This research aims to identify the impact of budgetary control over the revenue system of the company and propose mitigation strategies to overcome the problem of the significant negative variation between the actual performance and budgetary planning. The research questions include the impact of revenue and expense through traditional budgetary control. The participants will be recruited through email and the research will be conducted within the company itself. The method selected will include the use of a questionnaire.
