TheWSQ framework and RAPA are kind of interrelated to each other. WSQ or theworkforce skill qualification is an association in Singapore that trains the adultworkers to be well acquainted and trained with the necessary business skills.Particularly this workforce association is created in order to teach all the relevantskills for staying within the RAPARelevantAs the very word suggests, this part talks about the competency basedsystem that is designed in order to train the employees with the specific skills thatwould be needed as per their job role. In other words the main purpose of the workis to develop the skills, abilities and the competencies that all the employees wouldrequire as a part of their job or professional life (Jie, 2016).

3TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTAccessibleThis makes sure that the learners can easily get proper access to the requiredcourse materials. This also ensures that the learners do not have to have any suchpre requisites in order to enter into the learning process.
