INTRODUCTION
Training and development refers to those activity which helped the employees to improve
their skills and abilities in organization. When the skills and abilities of employee are very effective
then only organization are able to increase their productivity and work efficiency. Training and
development also helped employees to know about the various techniques and methods to run the
operational activities of business. The main purpose of using this method in various organizations
are to provide right knowledge and right direction to run the organization smoothly. The main
difference between training and development are training is a short term process but development is
a continuous process.

Training – According to Jeremy Raynolds (2021), training refers to those activities which provided
proper guidance and instructions to employees to understand the operational activities properly. In
training lots of expense are made by organization for polish their employees skills and abilities
(Boccara, 2018). Training also helped the employees to understand the consumer needs and desires.
In training organizations used various types of methods which are described below -
Firstly, case study comes in training and this is a situation which is provided by top level
management in organization to employees for increasing their potentiality. With the help of
particular case employees easily understand that where he lacks. Then according to that top level
management provide resources to employees. Case study also gives challenge to employees for
understanding any type of work and it also increased the thinking ability of employees. Case study
also helped employees to understand the overall scenario of the organization. In this scenario
employee understand the problems which are facing by the client and organization. For doing job
permanently in organization understanding case study is very important for employees (The Most
Effective Training Methods, 2021).
Secondly, game based training is used for train the employees in the form of games for providing
information. The main purpose of using game based training by various organizations to increase
the interactiveness between the between employees. Because interactiveness is very important for
maintaining good communication and coordination between the employees. When coordination and
communication are done properly then only the task are completed in time. It is a very interesting
training which is established by organization. Because in this training employees are highly
participated and motivated. This method is also helpful for increasing the brain activities of

employees in business. It leads to increase the productivity and profit of organization.
Thirdly Internship, it is a temporary position of employee in organization. This method is mostly
focused on the employees training and also focused on how the candidates perform their roles in
organization (Khan, 2019). At the time of internship it is necessary from organization that they must
provide proper guidance to candidate regarding their work. It leads to increase confidence of the
employees in workplace. Internship training is affected in both aspects to employees because in
internship high and effective performance is needed from employee. But in negative way
performance of employee are not good then then the temporary job will be lost. So it is important
for candidate that they must perform well at the time of training for increase the productivity of
company.
Fourthly, most important method is team training and it is a highly effective tool which is provided
organization. Because when the employees are working as a team then organization's vision,
mission and objectives are highly in less time. It also helped to increase the team spirit between the
employees. This method also helped to increase connectivity between team members which leads to
completion the task in time. With the help of team members solutions are easily found for any type
of problem. Due to these reasons team training is very important in any organization.
Fifthly, lecture is the other essential element for employees to get right direction, proper guidance
and instructions. It is the duty of HR department they must tech useful informations to employees
which leads to increase their job satisfaction level. At the time of training flexibility is important for
employee because without flexibility in training employee feel pressure on job. Due to stress
employees are not able to do their work properly. This is fact that in stress employees are not able to
provide good result to organization. That is why flexibility in work is important reduce the stress of
employees at the time of job. Flexibility also increased the professional development of employees
and also enhanced the optimum utilization of human resources.
According to the analysis of above information it is understood that training is a very essential part
for any organisation. Because with the help of proper training organization easily find the right
candidate for right job (Otoo and Mishra, 2018). Training is important for employees also because
when employees get proper training then only know their roles and responsibilities properly.
Training is also important for maintaining good relation between employee and employer.
Development – As per the view point of Michael Timmes Development (2021), it is a process for

employees to run any organization smoothly. Because without digital learning and resources

improving their career in company.
Thirdly, present growth opportunities and set clear expectations. It refers to develop a plan and
initiate a proper structure in organization which leads to easily understand employees about their
roles and responsibilities. Set clear expectations refers to organisation must provide clear guidelines
and instructions to employees at the time of training. Set clear expectation is necessary for develop
the employees professionally with the help of polishing their various skills which is highly used in
organization.
Fourthly, ensure adequate learning time. It refers in which time employee are able to adapt the
various cultures, functions and systems of particular organization. For adapting all these elements
human resource department provide the professional materials to employees. It leads to increase the
productivity and learning experience of employee in organization. It also helps the employee to
know that what is the expected time for doing the particular work in organization. Adequate
learning also helped the employee to increase their passion internally. Because for doing the job and
develop employee passion is very important.
According to the evaluation of above information it is understood that development is very
important to increase the productivity, work efficiency and profits of organization. These all
elements are important for employee also (Kumar, Kusuma and Rao, 2018). Because when these
