Introduction
Training seminars are conducted by Training Inc. in major cities of United States. The logistics department makes arrangements for the
meeting facilities, travelling of training consultant and shipping of materials for the seminars. The logistics department are notified by the
booking department about the details of the seminar of each seminar and the consultant who conduct the training. The logistics coordinator
collects information about possible meeting sites within the scheduled city. The location of meeting site is fixed by checking the conditions of
the location. The coordinator evaluates all the details of the location. After confirming all the location and date of the seminar, a contract is
created and sent to logistics department. After both parties agrees with the contract, coordinator contacts the consultant and books flight with a
travel agency. The coordinator now determines what kind of seminar materials needed to be sent to the seminar facility. The coordinator needs to
know the number of participants who have registered for the seminar. After shipping the materials to the seminar facility, a notification is sent to
the logistics coordinator.

Class Diagram
This class diagram is describing the overall structure of the database. Every class depicts tables and members depicts the attributes for the
Training Seminar. Such as ‘Meeting Site’ class has objects: location, cost, booking ID.

ERD Diagram
The ERD diagram shows the entire structure of the database with appropriate tables and their attributes. The logistics department is playing the
major role, it is associated with meeting facility, booking department, travel agency. Every attributes of each table has been designed properly.

State Machine Diagram
This diagram of State machine describing the behaviour of the objects, all the states such as coordinator, meeting facility, etc. are abstracting the
attributes. Meeting facility state has attributes: purpose, no. of rooms, type, etc.
