INTRODUCTION
Training and learning are the two effective elements that affect individuals performance
and productivity, in positive manner (Hoyle, 2021). Training refers to the procedure of
improving and developing knowledge among people's, while learning is defined as initiatives
taken to gain knowledge related to varied concepts or subjects. The current assessment will
explain key features of a training programme for lunchtime supervisors that will assure them that
they can meet requirement to keep child safe. Furthermore, the report will justify 6 creative
techniques that would utilize to help improve HR team's creativity, when they design further
training programme for local government employees.

Setting out the key features of a training programme for lunchtime supervisors.
Lunchtime supervisors are accountable to conduct varied practices, and each practice
relate to children’s. In the academic world, they look after number of children’s during their
lunchtime. Jamie Oliver's attempt to organize a campaign programme, which help to encourage
Hull City Council to effectively launch a free academic dinner event, offering free school meal to
all primary institute child's. The main motive of this programme is to highlight the lack of
training for lunchtime supervisors, which impact negatively upon children’s safety.
The best way to overcome the adverse impact of this issue, is training programme, which
encompasses varied strategic features that help a lunchtime supervisor to meet the needs and
commitments related to children safety (Shihadi, 2022).
The best feature of a training programme is that it may help to increase the efficiency or
effectiveness of candidates such as lunchtime supervisors, which make them capable to fulfil the
requirement of management and that is to keep each and every child safe. When a lunchtime
supervisor is effective and efficiency, they may perform better and in appropriate manner,
without making any mistake take put any form of negative impact on children’s (Carter, 2022). It
may make them effective in term of encouraging for managing playground activities with
consideration of safety hazards, that is important for them to do so. As lunchtime supervisor
responsible to arrange the best and creative playground activity for all the children’s, especially
