and productivity, in positive manner (Hoyle, 2021). Training refers to the procedure of
improving and developing knowledge among people's, while learning is defined as initiatives
taken to gain knowledge related to varied concepts or subjects. The current assessment will
explain key features of a training programme for lunchtime supervisors that will assure them that
they can meet requirement to keep child safe. Furthermore, the report will justify 6 creative
techniques that would utilize to help improve HR team's creativity, when they design further
training programme for local government employees.

The best feature of a training programme is that it may help to increase the efficiency or
effectiveness of candidates such as lunchtime supervisors, which make them capable to fulfil the
requirement of management and that is to keep each and every child safe. When a lunchtime
supervisor is effective and efficiency, they may perform better and in appropriate manner,
without making any mistake take put any form of negative impact on children’s (Carter, 2022). It
may make them effective in term of encouraging for managing playground activities with
consideration of safety hazards, that is important for them to do so. As lunchtime supervisor
responsible to arrange the best and creative playground activity for all the children’s, especially

practice. Without following the rules, a child may not learn the basic manner, which they

government candidates. There are several creative approaches, which they can take into their
consideration to achieve this aim and obtain desire outcomes.
Digital technology usage- in today's time, majority of HR while playing their role in the
academic world, focusing on using digital technologies such as AI, to improve their
effectiveness. It is one of the best and most creative technique that management can utilize to
improve creativity of human resource department, which allow them to design further training
plan for government employees (Akhmetshin and et.al., 2021). According to the current
technique, they can move to use digital technologies like Artificial intelligence, in term of using
AI to make a video call, with those HR experts, who have already developed number of training
plans and tactics, to achieve target aim and objectives. This technique is effective because of

varied reasons, for example by using AI HR can save time and efforts to gain knowledge from
experience holders. They just take approach to sit in front of computer or wider screen and then
make an important discussion with them, to know evidence based training techniques that they
will plan to implement in the context of government candidates. Along with this practice, they
can ask questions and obtain answers with better outcomes, which is not that easy for a human
resource manager to do that. It is a kind of online training session that provide benefits to both
HR and management, in term of developing knowledge about how to make training programme
effective for government candidates, who are taking approach to fulfil the role and
responsibilities given by the high authority.
Case study analysis- another creative technique that I would utilize to help improve
human resource creativity, when they attempt to design training programme, is current one. It
will enable them to train government employees, appropriately and systematically (Li and Su,
2021). According to this technique, I will provide essential information to HR about training
programme which they are accountable to develop. They will take a specific case study into their
consideration, in which clear description about excellent HRM tactics and plans has been
discussed, which drive their attention toward conducting the same practices and adding more
value in that. In the recent time, case study analysis is considered as the most effective and
creative techniques in the world, because of encompassing certain benefits and features. For
example, case study analysis refers to process of enabling candidates completing their work by
applying effective strategies, that they study.
HR involvement in games and logical thinking activities- it is fact that when human
resource management to do not engage themselves in any physical activity they will not been
able to develop or design the best training programme, for government employees. HR
involvement in logical activities and gaming as well, is important, as it help them to improve
their performance and productivity. It will also benefit them to design a training programme that
encompasses key advantages like practical learning activities that allow individuals to gain
knowledge in term of conducting some activity that aid to learn new things. It will contribute to
boost their morale and confidence as well, effectively and appropriately.
Outdoor training programmes- There are different forms of techniques and approaches
available in the world that I will take into my consideration and suggestion HR to consider the
same. The current term is one of those accessible methods or ways that help human resource

management to improve the way they think and conduct practice to design a training programme.
Outdoor training would help them to develop plan for designing training session for government
employees who set and attempt to achieve target goals, whether they are short, long or medium
terms. Thus, I would arrange a team of expert who can help to improve team's performance and
also contribute to reach desire outcome.
Casual interactive sessions- for purpose of designing the best training event or session
for candidates, I would prefer to utilize the current technique. According to this approach,
management would take action to make a casual interaction between employees, either new or
existing, to known more about them. It will drive their attention toward improving performance
and increasing productivity, which is not that easy to do so. They can make a good and healthy
discussion, based on need identification that make training programme effective and useful in
varied terms. Along with improving practice, it will provide human resource management right
direction toward they would move on.
Virtual learning- the current term is also included in category of creative ideas or
techniques that I would use to help HR teams improving their performance and effectiveness in
term of designing training programme. It will drive the concentration of management toward
using digital technologies such as online platforms, where expert existence will make training
programme effective and valuable for everyone, especially government employees. This
technique is suitable to achieve the aim and appropriate for varied things like learning, in the
workplace. It helps to make training programme useful for all including candidates, management
and local people, whom employees serve their services and products.
CONCLUSION
On the bases of above discussion, it has been concluded that training programme has
improved the performance and increased the effectiveness of lunchtime supervisors. It has
enabled them to take better care of all the children’s, in term of fulfilling their needs, after
developing understanding related to the same. Furthermore, by summing up above analysis, it
has been summarized that consideration of each creative techniques has provided human
resource management unpredicted benefits. They had improved their performance and created
the best training programme, provided to government employees. It has permitted them to
develop their skills and obtained useful knowledge, about those concepts that helped to reached
desire results.
