The need of the training arises owing to that fact that it can help in teaching unskilled employees about the skills that can help in propelling the organisation in the forward direction. It can address the skills gap that can ensure their sustainability in the market.The needs assessment at Motors and More Inc would be able to identify the prevailing gaps that exist in the organisation and address the issues that can work for the betterment of Motors and More Inc. The job needs analysis would be able to identify particular skills along with knowledge that can help the employees of Motors and More Inc to excel at their job. The training needs of Motors and More Inc pertains to time management, project management and lean manufacturing principles that can help the company in its development.
