1PROJECT DESCRIPTION (7 MARKS)1.1PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND (2 MARKS)The project of Training Program Development for Indigenous Culture Awareness isdeveloped for forming a project plan for deploying awareness among people aboutthe language and culture of the people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait. Thedeployment of the improved project operations would be helpful for forming themanagement of the project activities. The project comprises of six work packagesnamely analysis phase, documentation phase, planning phase, execution phase,approval, and project closure. The analysis phase would comprise of the projectrequirement analysis, feasibility study, training program requirement analysis,sustainability planning, and training program analysis. The documentation phasecomprises of development of initiation documents, project charter documentation,manual reports are documented, and final reports are made. The planning phasecomprises of outlining the plan and complete plan is made. The execution phasecomprises of database is developed, database integration, program outline,training program is made, and training is given. The approval consists of projectplan approval and program approval. The project closure consists of finaldocuments are submitted, reviewed and signed off, and project is closed. The project of the Training Program Development for Indigenous CultureAwareness is helpful for the management of the improved facilities for creatingawareness regarding the language, culture, and trends of the Aboriginal and TorresStrait Island. However, the use of the integrated database and SDLC applicationdevelopment life cycle would allow the formation of the singular interface. The useof the past records would allow the formation of the improved cross developmentfactor. The formation of the proper developed system integration would allow themanagement of the profound operations.
