In normal operating guidelines, leadership skills aren't as important as they used to be. We live in a world where crisis management is vital, as is navigating through feelings of fear, pessimism, and dread. "Crisis leaders" have an excellent opportunity to emerge at this time, however. In their capacity to lead organizations, organizations, and teams through times of crisis, these crisis leaders show others that they are capable of handling any situation with confidence, they are proactive, they model anticipated protocols, and they are ethical and empathic.
