Transformation of the workplace is basically concerned with having the significant

organizational process. In recent time, this is crucial for organization to focus on having

investigation will emphasize on Specialized Firm (SF) that operates in retail sector and focusing
on having the transformation regarding Artificial intelligence and organizational requirements
require to pay attention on staff so that carrying out the operational practices. The recent report
will concentrate on offering the insights related with the stages of the project lifecycle and
significance to the success of project. This will emphasize on including the factors considering
when assembling a PMP. Range of the examination approaches and tactics for significance to
management of particular project. It will include PMP, work breakdown structure and schedule
via time frame and stages to complete. Communicating findings and recommendations from the

organization of the operational effectiveness. On the basis of the project the business is going to
be able to gather the growth to be able to analyse the organizational operations.
Project Planning:
The focus of this organization has been considered to be the key factor that helps the business to
plan the best practices which would help the organization to be able to gather information and
also execute the project. Planning consists of the development of budget and also delegation of
the work that is going to be done or for this business to be able to generate the growth that the
business would be able to develop through. The growth the organization operations that would
be the key factor that is going to help the plan to be effective.
Project Execution:
This project is going to be executed with the help of building teams that are going to use the AI

CONCLUSION
From this project it has been concluded that AI technology is going to prove very effective as it
has been able to increase the efficiency of the employees and helped them to develop better
collaboration and communication. In this project the different stages of the project life cycle
have been explained with relation to the different practices that are related to the ways in which
the project is going to be conducted. In this project aims and objectives are framed for being able
to identify the practices which are key towards the practices that are essential for the
management of the data and information. This project provides a work breakdown structure
along with a timeline of the ways in which the different activities are going to be conducted.

In order to improve the operations of the project it is going to be very important for this

In my opinion, conducting the project require focusing on having the significant

objectives has given me the ability to derive the clarity regarding the prevailing circumstances so
that accomplishing the corrective direction can become possible. For successful functioning of
the project, PLC, factors required to be considered, etc has allowed me to evaluate the reliable

process comprises the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing
which has allowed to receive the corrective road map for meeting the objectives, From the
assessment it can be interpreted that my good presentation skill has given me opportunity to
formulate the milestones, network diagram, etc so that reliable functioning via following major
steps can become possible. In the present study, the emphasis has been provided by me to
ascertain the distinct research methods, strategies for collecting & using the insights. I have come
to know that undertaking he business project via using relevant project life cycle through
possessing focus on systematic procedure accomplishing the objectives can become possible.
From the evaluation, I came to know that there are certain lacking areas in me which is
required to be eliminated via using right form of the strategy. This includes precise organizing of
the tasks, communicating results via identifying the prevailing problems. The main reason
