Ways and reason to transform a schooling system
In the context of education system, it can be said that due to several reason a traditional
education system is getting changed Basson & et.al. (2018). Traditional education is being given
in all colleges, universities and students. But there are several reasons which has changed this
traditional system into digital and online learning. Some reasons which has made changes in
learning system include: Cost saving, increasing diseases like Covid 19 What Future Studies IS
and Is Not Jim Dator, (2002).
Covid 19: Covid 19 is one of the main reasons for which traditional education system needs
to be transformed and being transforming. As per this disease and virus people cannot meet and
gather at one place because it spreads Jain & et.al. (2019). So, in this type of situation, students
cannot gather in classrooms which can affect their learning and disturb them. But if we compare
traditional education with digital or online than it can be said that traditional education is better
because in this system students have face to face communication with teacher, have strict
discipline and fixed schedule. Students can learn better and can solve all their problems

There are some ways by which traditional education system can be changed or transformed
into online education system as per the situation. The present situation which put pressure on
changing education system is Covid 19. Some ways by which we can change schooling system
as per the transformed education system include:
Potential OPM partnership: By making an effective partnership with other institutes and
universities and hiring transformational designers as well as reorganising campus learning
organization as per teh transformed education system, schooling system can be changed. We can
cope up with transformed education system and can provide learning to students without creating

Making it strategic priority: By making education system as a priority at all institutions
can be the best way to cope up with transformed education system. By making its compulsory
and prioritizing, schooling system can be changed and knowledge can be shared thorugh digital
tools The Future of Learning Technology. (2013).

Identifying the learning course format, researching about instructional design model, uses of
interaction, learner to content and choosing the right or appropriate educational technology,
educational system can be transformed Lee & et.al. (2017).
On the other hand, it can be said that digital or transformed education system has some
advantages and disadvantages and have critical impacts on the learning of students. Some
advantages of this transformed education system include:
1. With the help of online learning and teaching, students can analyse their own performance
and can see their own position.
2. It improves motivation and ownership in students. Those students who live on remote area,
they can save their time with transformed education system Grasselli, Pesenti & Cecconi,
(2020).
There are some limitations of digital learning education system as well which includes:
1. One of the main disadvantages and limitations of online digital education system is there is a
lack of discipline as teachers or tutors do not have face to face interaction so, students do not
have fear.
2. There is a lack of flexibility as tutors cannot solve problems of each and every student at a
time or online and students cannot adapt changes Aithal & Aithal, (2016)
