INTRODUCTION
Transition is known as the change, movement and passage which differs and this also
known as the change process form one place to another in an development program. As this is
known as the dynamic process which can be done in various steps and stages for the better and
dynamic change in the development as this also involves various challenges which an individual
faces in changing various stages and process while development and these various issues and
challenges are also faced by individual. There are various changes which can occur in children
and in various stages of transition. This report involves the common transition which is seen in
children which growing and developing their mental abilities and their experience is also
involves in this report. This report also involves the potential effects and different areas of
development in children life. This report also involves the planned transition and the transition
which is involved int the life events. The analysation of this report is described below.

2.1 Transitions that children experience.
There are various transitions which an children faces in home and in education which can
impact in there development and growth as these changes also impact in there behaviours and
attitude of dealing with the external environment and there related factors as children can easily
adapt the situation of the environment in an effective manner and this also benefits them in future
for there personality development and in there career development as this also gives various
advantages to them in many ways and this helps In analysing and managing the external
situations of environment. There are various transitions which is faced by child is described
below(Tilton, 2018).
Starting from day-care: As the children has started with the day care and they
experiences various transitions and this can also differs from the sections as it starts from
the baby room and this ensures the room to room transition and this is required to be
perfect for the better development and this also creates an peaceful environment for
organisation it effectively for them.
Moving to school: As school has the change for the development of children and this
also changes there environment. As there is physical change which is transferred and in
there new engagements and relationship are developed as they get to engage in larger
space. As this also makes them adapt in shift and this also involves learning and teaching
of new things which helps in the exploring new things and new friends in school. As they
can experience many things as behaviour of children can be changed and they can also
feel stressful and anxiety. The can also experience in losing concentration and appetite.
As they can also experience learning coordination and organisation various
things(Kuersten-Hogan, and McHale, 2021).
Experience getting away from home: As they experience there educational transition
and this also involves various programs and this also changes there routine and at this
stage it Is important to have the transition in an appropriate manner or the better
development and growth of children and in an effective manner.
Kindergarten education program: This is also considered as the major transition as
they learn new skills in there and from here transition they shifted to real school and this
