INTRODUCTION The project management is defined as the use of the specific skills and knowledge, too and techniques so that the company can deliver value to its customers. The project management is related to the development of the software so that the process of the business organisation can be improved.There are few examples of project management such as expansion of sales into new geographic market. It is very important for the organisation to understand the need of the project and analyse the external environment in order construct the project for thegrowth and success of the business organisation. The project management is an important concept for the development of the businesses in constructing the different activities. In this report the project which is of transport to London where the projectis concerned with developingsome of land along Bollo Lane to create more than 800 new homes in Acton. (Aleksic, A., and et.al., 2017.). This report will include various topics such as various methodology, network diagram, risk analysis. MAIN BODY TASK 1 Methodologies The project which is taken into consideration in this report is about building more than 800 homes in Action by TFL. This can help in developing the various business activities and the the project plan is defined as the procedure of documenting and combination of activities which can be used by the large number of individual. This is used for the main objective of accomplishing the goals and objective of business enterprise. The main purpose of the project is to construct a good structured homes and organise the event in a successful way so that the company is able to create a good brand image. (Bierwolf, , 2017.) There are several methodologies which are connected with project where it is about managing the various activitieswith the use of software which supports to develop the productivity of the business enterprise. In relation to chosen project, TFL has selected to use different methodology such as: 1
Waterfall–This is the defined as the method or tool which is taken into consideration by the people in their projects such as manufacturing, engineering and construction which helps in the completion of the project. There are three different stages of waterfall model which involves requirement, design implementation, verification and at last maintenance. TFL takes the use of the first stage which is of requirement of the various documents while constructing homes, a software architecture is utilised to design the project and implement it. This can help the people to manage the different functions in an effective and efficient way. The next stage is of verification , where all the stages and the products and raw material are been checked properly in order to manage the various functions. The last stage is of maintenance which is used to keep a check over the performed task in an effective manner. This can be assist in increasing the productivity of the employees within the organisation. The profitability can be increase by following the each stage and the use of the software.(Fernandes, and et.al., 2020). SCRUM –This is the another methodology of the project development and also in order to develop software and deliver value to the customers. In the other words, Scrum is the project methodology which is used to work in an collective after building team and managing the various task. This is the model which is based on the three principles such as transparency, inspection, and adaption that supports to complete project. It is been analysed that at the first principal Transparency TFL can visualise inputs, outputs and steps of development process. The inspection is the principle which states that it is used for receiving the regular feedback on a particular product and the changes which is been adopted to bring changein relation to the procedure of the project. This assist to develop the business case and maintain the performance within the business enterprise. (Karanja, and Malone,2020). 2

TASK 2 Network diagram The diagram which is designed with the aid of the computer and the use of software in a graphical form which is defined as the network diagram. It is an necessary for each individual who is handling the project and it is important to decide the implementation of network diagram by managing network documentation. In context of the current scenario , the network diagram is designed with the proper project management while considering all the stages of the project which is related to constructing homes and celebrating event.(Sanz-Llopis, and Ostermann, 2020). It is very important for the company to construct stakeholder analysis because it is essential to know which stakeholder is necessary and need to be taken care so that the company can increase its productivity and performance. (Sarkar,, Jha, and Patel, 2021). High power high interest –This is the category where the people who have high power with high interest are involved. The stakeholder which have high power and high interest in context of the project are the committees and governancewhere they are involved in the project. High power low interest– In context of the current projectthe organizers and participants are considered as the stakeholders with high power and low interest into the project. This has power to bring changes in their plan but receive fixed amount or remuneration. Low power high interest–In relation to the current project the investors in to the project are categorise among thelow power and high interest which need to be taken care by the managers. . Low power low interest –The employees are consumers are been identified with the low power and low Interest for the current scenario.
