INTRODUCTION
Brexit is the situation that occurred between UK and Europe for the purpose of withdrawal.
It has seen that it is kind of trade war and affected the many businesses and countries. This is
important for each organization to run their business by following the all regulations and policies
which can support to develop the business profitability. This officially happened on 31st January
2020. After month of negotiations, the UK and European finally agreed a deal that will define
their future relationship (Pashentsev, 2020). This condition created a problem for transportation
as no European organization is allowed to import and export their products in UK and its related
country. The business or UK also not allowed to sales their product or services in European
countries. This reduced the transportation and logistics organization productivity. Due to this
reason company go to back in their own countries as it decrease the number of customers and
productivity. The report is considering primary research, data analysis, theory and application of
data collection and methods of research.

In business environment there are many businesses that are established by business concern
to know the needs and wants of their customers and provide the products accordingly. This is
essential for researcher to conduct the market analysis and know how their customers satisfied.
This brings the changes in their products which can help to develop the business productivity. It
has seen that Brexit is the typical situation for UK and EU where government has passed a new
regulations and trade policies. This amendments has implemented in December 2020 with the
agreement of both countries. According to this regulation no business and transportation
activities of UK will continue in European country. All businesses badly affected due to this
approval as their sales and productivity has been reduced continuously. This is the trade war that
has been occurred between two countries due to new policies and laws (Filippaios, 2019). The
impacts of Brexit on UK transport companies that is:
Aviation: The ability of UK airlines to operate within the European Union – Air traffic rights
provides UK and EU carriers with unlimited rights to fly. It leaves it open for the UK to
negotiate with EU members and provide the airlines services. It will not be permitted to operate
cargo services and passengers between EU destinations (Lowe and Pidgeon, 2019).
