Financial support and start up plans for a tour and tourism also come in discussiongiven bellow.TASK 11.1 Skills needed for successful entrepreneurshipEntrepreneurship is a process where an individual or group come together to design, launchand run a business. While on other hand an entrepreneur is a person who set goals for theirorganisation like earning profits by selling products and services for a specific cost which thecustomer is looking for. Talking about tourism sector it is not easy for an entrepreneur to manageand think, it is very important for them to make effective determinations and develop themselveswith learning process so that, they can improve their skills to take decisions. It is very important foran individual to study and have focus on environment and current trend, as tourism sector is a fastchanging in nature. An entrepreneur must have some skills in them, so that they can run theirbusiness successful ( The Top Skills Every Entrepreneur Needs, 2018). Some of the skills whichtheir entrepreneur can introduce are as follow : -1.Ambition – The entrepreneur of an organization is need to be a ambitious for their dreamsand working. It is very easy to give up in tough conditions, but only an organization whichhave so ambitions can only survives.
