Team player- Team work is necessary in an organisation because it develops positiveimpact on business. It is essential that an entrepreneur should be a team player and motivate theemployee to work in a team. It will help in enhance motivation level of employees.Creative thinking- Entrepreneurs are known for the creative thinking means think out ofthe box. In this, creative thinking can take capable and smart business owner to other level ofsuccess.
