All these things help them in order to satisfy needsand wants of consumer in an effective manner. It has been analysed that in1936, Billy Bulletinestablishtheir very first holiday campin Skegness &inthe year1938an act was introduced which was holiday pay actwhichworks as a foundation stoneintheTravel&TourismsectorwithinUnited Kingdom (Asongu and et. al., 2019). Furthermore, it has also been identified that in the year1952a veryfirst airlinetake place which wasJet Airline. It is a company which provides such type of service and provide best and most suitable experience to the customers.Inaddition to this, if talkingabout Britainit has been concluded thatin the year 1960,number of travellers increases in case ofdomestic holidays as largenumber of individuals starttraveling andvisitingdifferent andnew places forvarious reasons. Therefore, ithasbeen concluded that in a very small period of timetravel&tourism sectorgrabbedamplenumber of opportunitieswhich as a result produce huge amount of funds in a limited period of time. P2Examinevariouselements of travel&tourism industryaswell asexplore how they interrelate todevelopthe tourist experience. Intoday’s world, ithasbeen identified thatthere arevariousnumber offactorssuch as weather,historical, scenic attractions,accommodation,accessibility,safety and security,cultural factorsandmanymore which highly influence the travel and tourism industry in both positive as well as negative manner (Cohen and Cohen, 2019).Some of the most essential element are going to be discussed as follows: Pleasant weatherorclimate: Every individual persons make trips according to the suitability ofatmospheresothat they can take positive experience from their trip. It has also been identified that most of the travellers prefers opposite whether from where they belong as they wants to gather new and pleasant experience. In addition to this, travel and tourism companies develop different packages as per the changing seasons so that they grab attention of large number of customers towards them (Dogru, Isik and Sirakaya-Turk, 2019). Historical&cultural factors: There are differentcomponentsof travel&tourismindustry, whichhighlyinfluence the resultin both negativeaswell aspositivewayonthe perception andmind-sets ofvarious travellers who wants to gain experienceamong new destinations. Inthe present contextof TUI Group, companyprovide different types of holiday packages to their customers so that they will be able to enhance their profitability at competitive marketplace. With the help ofaboveanalysis, ithasbeen concluded thatcustomers simultaneously emphasis on variousfactors such as safety and security,accommodation, amenities andmany more so that they gain best experience within a short period of time. 2
