INTRODUCTIONTravel and tourism sector is growing with faster rate in present scenario. Variouscompany are making huge profit through tourism sector in large amount. This affects growth ofeconomy in country to large extent. This sector in important aspects of contribution ingovernment funds collected from various taxation and other means from tourism division. Afterfacing financial crisis in 2008, UK country has shown higher growth in this sector (Moutinho,2011). People are engaged in spending their salary in leisure time. This industry is focusing uponincreasing quality of service by providing luxurious services to tourist in order to enhance theirsatisfaction level.TUI is the company engaged in delivering its services to tourism industry. This firm isinvolved in developing total quality product to customer of venture in order to increasesatisfaction level of consumer which leads to increased loyalty with brand. This assignment dealswith the historical development of tourism sector in UK and analyses various factors thatinfluence its profitability.TASK 1
