 Tourism is one’s one of the largest growing industry in world. It is also considered as
major source of foreign exchange earnings and employment opportunities for many
developing countries.
 This report is focused on TUI group which is the world’s leading company in tourism.
 This entity is offering a wider range of services to their customers in hotels, travel
agencies, airlines etc.

Functions of different regulatory in travel and tourism
 To expand this sector, government and other regulatory are playing significant role
because they are making many rules and regulations which has to be comply by
tourism companies on regular basis.
 The function of government is feasible where it can flourish the services which are
provided by tour operator.
 As they have to see that services or other amenities can be provided for public interest
so that investment of tourism can be increase.

mainly they are promoting new tourists sites for tourists. In the recent year, they have
announced China as emerging tourists destination which encourage tourists and as
well as to the national government to develop their tourists sites which can help to
them to convert flow of economy towards them.

 The government of country are making modifications or alteration in rules and
regulation on regular basis regarding tourism companies so that they can serve best
quality of services to customers.
 The local and national policies are made in the context of both resident people and
visitors through which they can protect the rights of there.
 As economic policies are framed by government which is influencing economy in
both positive and negative way.

destinations It is promoting tourists sites of UK e.g. London Eye Wagon Wheel
