The tourism and travel industry in Australia is associated with different hospitability
industry. The industry is recognized as one of the Australia’s high growth sectors, especially,
hotel industry. The hotel industry is majorly associated with different sectors that includes
tour guides, accommodation, transportation and reserved theme parks and tourist attractions
(Riley, 2014). Hotel Victoria is a new group of hotels that provides certain tourism services
which also implies that the hotel industry is associated with tourism business in an extensive
scale. The hotel Victoria interacts with three different sectors that includes transportation,
tour operators and tourist attractions. In the sector of transportation, the industry provides
three modes that includes airways, railways, and water ways such as cruisers. The second
sector is identified through the interaction of tourist operators, touring guides and scheduled
tours are organized. The hotel provide short tours of duration 2-6 days, day tours and also
extended tours of seven or more days. In addition, the industry provides tourist attraction in
order to satisfy the recreational needs of the tourist. It includes cultural displays, sports
installations and other natural sites beaches ad national parks.
The hotel industry being a part of tourism business also keeps basic environmental
requirements well equipped. The major environmental requirement includes green services.
There are certain tourist base that prefer green services, due to their health conscious lifestyle.
Hotel Victoria therefore provides certain green factors incorporated in the environment. Such
services include purified air and energy conservative method. For example, the windowpanes
are made of transparent solar panels, which save energy and facilitates to the energy

of Hotels. Tourism industry along with travel agencies and guidance law, they incorporate
Travel and Healthcare Law.
Hotel Victoria incorporates green services infused with advanced technology to
support the green culture. Innovative technology such as showers with infused vitamin C that
takes care of the health- centric motives of Hotel Victoria (Kim, Hlee & Joun, 2016). The
hotel industry also encourage the incorporations of e-bookings through social media and
online tourism agency that helps to control the bookings of the customers across the glove.
This maintains the diverse multiculturalism of the hotel industry.
Hotel Victoria maintains record of keeping current status across the globe as it
focuses on the upper class customer base. Therefore, the management keeps a track of current
status to predict the impact of issues received in their business. For example, the deadly
bushfire at the eastern coastal region of Australia has put a major impact on the tourism
industry (Walters, Mair & Lim, 2016). The fire has destroyed the tourist region therefore
