The city is known for its grandeur and
adventure and tops the bucket list of every
passionate traveler. The city hosts multiple
tourist attractions such as, entertaining street
side shows, to erupting volcanoes and
musical fountains. The desert city is
remarkable for its glamour and night life.
Attractions:
When you are here in Las Vegas, you can’t
just miss out on these top 20 destinations

The Strip: The strip forms the 2.5 mile long
central section of the Las Vegas Boulevard
and it runs from the Southwest to Northeast.
On the strip are located huge tourist
attractions in the form of luxury-hotels and
fine-dining restaurant. The strip glitters at
night by a shining row of neon lights.
Fremont Street Experience: Fremont street
is positioned around the old Las Vegas
downtown and is the pedestrian restricted
area. The street offers a beautiful street show
experience.
Helicopter Rides over the Grand Canyon:
Most of the tourist attraction hotels offer a
helicopter riding experience to the tourists to
witness a spectacular view of Las Vegas and
Grand Canyon.
Venetian Hotels and Gondola Rides: One
of the famous tourist lodging places in Las
Vegas is the Venetian Hotel and it offers a
beautiful Venice themed experience to the
visitors in the form of the Rialto Bridge,
Bridge of Sighs and Gondola rides. The
Venetian hotel is lies adjacent to the
Treasure-Island on the Strip.
Paris Hotel and Eiffel Tower: The Paris
Hotel is also located over the Strip and is
famous for its perfect French dining
restaurants and the scale-model of the
picturesque Eiffel tower that is located 46
stories above the city streets and offers a
beautiful city view.
Bellagio Resort and Fountain Show: The
Bellagio resort of Las Vegas is famous for

its gallery of fine-art, the conservatory and
the botanical gardens.
Mirage Hotel: Mirage hotel is famous for its
erupting volcano that is located in front of
the resort and erupts at timed intervals. The
eruption looks picturesque at night. The
resort also contains a Dolphin habitat and a
secret garden.
High Roller Ferris Wheel: This tourist
attraction is situated next to the farther end
of the Linq Promenade which is a little
distant from the strip. It is approximately
550 ft high from the ground and takes about
30 minutes for a rotation generating an
adrenaline rush you would crave for. Each
cabin has a maximum strength of 40 people
(Visitlasvegas.com 2019).
The New York Hotel: The New York hotel
presents a brilliant overview of the Brooklyn
Bridge and the Statue of Liberty. There is a
massive and thrilling roller-coaster that
circles round the hotel and offers visitors an
amazing experience.
Caesar’s Palace and the colosseum: One of
the best resorts that offer a historic
experience and is located at the central
region of the strip. The place is frequented
by great artists including Elton John and
Celine Dion who marvel visitors with their
performances.
The Mob Museum: Located within the
Neoclassical building showcases some of
the landmark hearings and unravels some of
the dark truths about the crimes that have
taken place in Las Vegas (Visitlasvegas.com
2019).
Madlay Bay and Shark reef aquarium: The
resort is located near the Luxor hotel at the
southwest end and contains 1,300,000 gallon
tank that houses multiple varieties of sharks,
fishes and other aquatic organisms
(Visitlasvegas.com 2019).
Stratosphere Tower: The 1,149 ft rooftop
tower that is not hard to spot on the Las
Vegas skyline and offers adventure sports
such as Sky Jump, X Scream and Bog Shot.

Golden Nuggets located at Las Vegas offers
a unique experience of luxurious amenities
such as rejuvenating body spa and beauty
therapy where you could pamper yourself,
refreshing poolside experience, shopping
and fine dining experience. The hotel also
offers a unique fitness experience where you
can energize yourself and a business centre
that allows networking opportunities even
when you are vacationing

Other accommodation options include
luxury hotels such as Bellagio Hotel and
Casino, MGM Grand, Te Palazzo and The
Venetian Hotel. Average accommodation
cost for an individual for one night varies
anywhere in between $150 to $300 and
depends on the type of accommodation
chosen (Tourism, L. 2019). A number of
economically feasible options are available
in the form of Apartments and Hostels.
Culture:
Access within Las Vegas is comfortable and
one can commute through car pools and the
monorail that halts at seven stops including
(MGM Grand, Bally’s/Paris, Caesar’s
Palace, LINQ Hotel, Las Vegas Convention
Center, Westgate and $L$ Vegas
(Lvcva.com 2019). A single ride would cost
around $5 and a day pass could cost around
$13. Visitors could also choose to commute
through Taxis or public transportation
operated by the Regional Transportation
Committee known as the Deuce. A three day
pass would cost only $20 (Lvcva.com 2019).
Ancillary Services:
Las Vegas offers a range of ancillary
employment services in the private, public
and government sectors which could be
availed by people and includes options such
as Customer relationship management
executive, Mail services specialist,
Housekeeping staff, Wastewater operator,
Guest services specialist, healthcare
professional and revenue management
officials (Lvcva.com 2019). The travel and
tourism and healthcare sector offer high
paying and secured ancillary employment
services to interested individuals.
