want to travel to other countries which includes the
following:
Physical barrier: Due to the Covid 19
pandemic people are not think of going out
because of the restriction impose by the
government and lack of social distancing as
well. Now a days people have become health
conscious so they restrain them self to their
nation instead of going out for travelling.
Emotional barrier: This barrier restrain
people to their country because they have fear
of being in a contact of the new variant of the
Covid pandemic. Therefore, people get
emotional by thinking the situation prevailing
in country and visualize the circumstances that
may be happen on reaching there.
Cultural barrier: As the pandemic prevailing
in the country so the people are unaware about
the policies of the other countries related to the
Covid pandemic so they have fear to be
quarantine process. Therefore, they are not
interested in travelling to other countries and
also the country have different vales and belief
which may affect their visiting.
Language barrier: The people who are not
aware about the language of a country where
they want to travel may get hurdle in
understanding the language of the country.
This may create misunderstanding or not able
to communicate them about their culture.
Organizational structure barrier: This is
another barrier which may impact the visiting
of the people to another country because they
are unknown to the about the rules and
regulations and the rigid structure of the
government. The people think that they might
stuck due to abroad due to the strict rules or
hardly comeback to their country.

A travel agency can encourage customers to
travel by adopting the various strategies which are
describes as below:

agency can make its website to reach to the
potential customers and encourage them to
get the tour package of the company. The
company strives to make good relationship to
the customers to make them loyal by
providing better services. By seeing the
packages dates, plans and more they can
change their mind.
Provide information: An organization can
provide information about the laws and
regulation of the country so that they are
emphasize to travel to an another countries.
When the people know about the countries
situation so they might be perused go for
visiting. Thus, this can assist the company to
get more customers which enable to earn
more profits.
Promotions: The Company can make
promotions to make the people, aware about
the offering so that they can be attracted
towards the travel agency. It should also share
the videos and rating made by the other
people in favor of the company.
Discounts offers: An origination can attract
the customers by offering discount packages
