rationale
 13% of people that lacked social determinants of health
and resources for health and wellbeing and it shows
healthcare inequalities that are present in the
communities in UK.
 Further, the rate of social risk factor has increased from
2011 to 2015 by 11.8% (Public Health England 2019).
 Hence, the communities chosen were

4. Alcoholic
5. Imprisoners
