and resources for health and wellbeing and it shows
healthcare inequalities that are present in the
communities in UK.
Further, the rate of social risk factor has increased from
2011 to 2015 by 11.8% (Public Health England 2019).

1. Migrants
2. Homeless
3. Substance abuser
4. Alcoholic
5. Imprisoners
