INTRODUCTION
It is very essential for every organisation to consider the various strategic management in
the operations and various business activities. As the managerial decision making in an
enterprise if important and for the growth and development it is very important for the manager
to focus on the making of good and strategic decisions in order to gain competitive advantage.
This report is based on the case study of Tulip which is a clothing retailer based in United
Kingdom. The company was established on 1st July,, 2014. it is very important for the
organisation to manage the various operations and activities. It is been identified that from the
case study there were various problems which the company was facing. It is been identified that
the call centre area of the company is facing issues because of the unskilled employees which are
been hired for the company. (Martin, Keown and Titman, 2020). This report will include various
topic such as introduction of the company, identification of the problem, TAME problems,
various approaches, root cause and solutions to the problems.
MAIN BODY
Introduction of the company in brief
The business organisation named as Tulip which is a clothing brand retailer situation in
United Kingdom. The business enterprise was established in 2014, 1st July. The company sells
the variety of the products in clothing such as vintage, and second hand clothes of both men and
women. The company also has introduced a new cloth swap service in order to attract customers.
It is dealing in the fashion industry and has the good reputation over the market. The company
has its online presence. The company has 200 of the employees which are working over the
website of the business organisation. The owner of the business enterprise wants to expand its
business significantly and to further develop the fashion lines to cater to more. The Tulip
company has the various departments in its online services where the company focus on the
expansion by increasing the workforce and also manage ring the various issues of the
organisation in order to gain competitive advantage. It is very important for the owner to manage
the key issues which need to be managed. This report will include various topic such as
identification of the various problems, introduction to the company overview, analysing the
different approaches, understanding the problem with mind mapping, identification of the root
causes, and at last generating the solutions options for the business organisation.(Griffin, 2021).

TAME problem
From the case study it is been identified that there are various problems which the
company is facing and it need to develop on the various strategies to overcome the problem, the
foremost step which is included in strategic and managerial decision making is to identify the
problem within the business organisation. The tame problems include the clear identification of
the issues and problems of the business organisation. In context of the case study which is been
studied on the company Tulip there are various problems which were identified such as the
company has the problem in its warehouse operations where the managers has not able to handle
the different task on a limited time period. As it is the online company where the operations of
the various platforms is important to be managed,. The another problem which is identified the
offers and the discounts for the regular customers is not appropriate. As it is been identified that
the people need to take membership and the policies of the company has different which is not
satisfying the customer. The another issues which is identified is the management within the
organisation is not organised and in an effective manager. The manager is facing several issues
related to the website services to the customers. In online platforms it is very important for the
organisation to be on top in order to attract customers. The tame problem which is been
discussed in this topic is related to the main cause of the problem in a clear manner which is the
main objective in order to build a strong base for the business enterprise.(Qin, Liu and Pedrycz,
2017).

There is the discussion on the various approaches of the problems identified in context of
the business organisation. The approaches are discussed below:
rational or bounded rationality approach
This is the model which is used by the business organisations where the consumers have
a limited rational decision making which is driven by the three main factors such as
cognitive ability, time constraint and imperfect information. It Is very important for the
business organisation to focus on the three factors on which the consumer can make their
