WEDDING EVENT PROPOSAL
INTRODUCTION
We from the Eternity Wedding Event Planner, our wedding event manager are pleased to
submit our proposal to Ms Tan Piin Shyan. As you requested we will be organizing your

wedding event at the Chronicle Hotel grand hall. We were in business for more than 5 years
and we have 15 branches across the states such as Kuala Lumpur and so on. Not only that we
have received tons of awards as well. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us
(appendix 1). In this proposal, we will be including our plan, schedule, staffing, budget and
authorisation.
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE
We understand that the bride will have a dream wedding in their mind and we are here to help
make your dream come true. We know that you are planning to have a glamorous wedding
event. We also notice that you want a memorable and unforgettable wedding experience since
this will be your first ever wedding event.
We will be fulfilling your requirement as your wishes are our command. We will be
providing you a glamorous wedding event that will suit your preferences and we will be
following your demands if you wish to change the date of your wedding, time, theme or place
until it satisfies your wants. We are also pleased to inform that our team will be always ready
to do our best in order to make your dream wedding a success.
PLAN
In order to help organise the wedding event, we have proposed the following plan:
Event Details

Wedding event will be held on 16 January 2021 which is on a Saturday. The event will begin
at 1.00 P.M. until 5.00 P.M. at Chronicle Hotel. The reason why we chose Chronicle Hotel is
because they have different sizes of hall. In addition, we are the only company to have long-
term cooperation with Chronicle Hotel, so they will provide the valet parking service which
has 3 storey parking lots for the bride and the guest as well. Brides also will be given a
presidential suite for two days one night.
Guests
The bride also informed us on the number of guests who will be attending the wedding event,
and there will be 400 guest who will be attending the wedding and there will be 85 kids
attending the weeding.
Theme
The theme for the wedding event is Glamorous where all the guests are required to follow the
dress code that has been stated in the invitation card. The bride wanted the hall to have white
and gold theme colour and also requested artificial flowers and lights as well.
Decoration
We will be decorating the chair for the bride and groom to sit with white artificial flowers.
We will be decorating the entire hall with white artificial and the chair will be decorated with
a white cloth and white artificial flowers. We also will be using spotlights when the bride
enters the hall until she reaches the stage. There also will be other decorations such as red
carpet, white curtains, vases, table and chairs (appendix 2).
Wedding food testing
We want to serve food and drinks that have been approved by the bride. Taste tests will give
a great opportunity to the bride to taste the food before the wedding and this will be
conducted 2 months before the wedding event.
