Analysis and Discussion
Today the TVs are made with many features to improve the experience of the viewers with
amazing features. For instance, they have added smart attributes such as the smart remote control
that uses advanced commands like the voice for tuning, shut and open. All the three brands have
the feature of a 3D type that improves the viewer's experience and visualizes the pictures like in
the real-life situation [5]. Another essential element noted in all the three brands is the
incorporation of internet connectivity that gives the viewer access to more channels and
functionality of web browsing, and they can use the preinstalled applications like the Facebook,
Skype and online games. The only difference in the smart feature of the three brands was the 3D
type of LG was passive.
Another property that the potential buyers should consider is the display and resolution. This
feature defines the viewing experience since it determines the image quality, aspect ratio and
balance of light [6]. Among the three, LG and Sony have the best image quality that is depicted
by the 4k attribute that implies a pixel of the range 3840 x 2160. Comparatively, Samsung has
good resolution but not in the class of the 4k in LG and Sony. The Sony brand has an added
advantage of back light control. Additionally, the design and durability are also key features in
the comparison. Concerning durability, LG is the scores highest as indicated by its three years
warranty followed by Sony with two years and the least is Samsung with a year. The size is
almost equal in all the brands, but the weights differ significantly with Sony being the heaviest
with 23.5kg while Samsung the least with 15.6kg. LG regarding design has an added advantage
such that it offers their customers the ultra slim option.
