The 5.8 children die before reaching age of 1 year in US and 22.3 kids do same in Trinidad. Disease management in not appropriate in Trinidad as they spend 89.08% less money on health care as compared to US as people in Trinidad be 207 times more likely to have HIV/AIDS(RILEYandet.al.,2017).Trinidadfocusontheoriesofunderdevelopment, development and colonialism to use their important concepts to develop effective healthcare policies health promotion. In United States, health belief theory and social cognitive theory is used to conduct health promotion practices. In Trinidad, food habits and styles consist choices like Indian food like flatbread, vegetables and chicken with commercial life of importing and exporting which impact on their health. In context of United States, the fast lifestyle of people include regular intake of smoke, alcohol and fast food with less sleep and rest which impacts negatively on their health. The US healthcare systems is a hybrid systems with multi-payer universal health insurance fund in order to provide health insurance, healthcare insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, veterinary care and military care to overall population.Two Tier Healthcare system in Trinidad provide basic care and provide better quality through additional paid money by capable people. Healthcare systems of both countries are working to promote health and improving well-being of citizens (Shelton and Schellin, 2016).
