This can be said because this type oforganisational structure allows divisions to be developed in accordance with locations, with afirm having divisions in different parts of the world. By making use of this organisationalstructure, the small firm can access flexibility with the help of a number of divisions in differentparts of the world. This enables each of the divisions within different parts of the world to act asa separate unit with one or more persons reporting directly to the parent organisation's CEO (4Types of Organizational Structures, 2019).
