Executive Summary
Part 01
Organizational behavior is one of an important area for an organization, it helps the
organization to identify the people, culture and the aspects of the organization, there are two
concepts for an organization one is Organization structure and Organization culture, both
elements has direct impact in organizational behavior. Apart from this there are so many
factors which affects for the organizational behavior, leadership, work culture, job
responsibilities, conflicts can be some, to handle these factors there should be a proper
leadership capabilities & there are various types of leadership styles and the organization
should be identify which leadership style is suitable for the organization. Same as the
leadership there is a another element which helps organization set up there culture and the
structure and that would be organizational theories and the theories should be applied in a
proper way. a group of people can achieve so many goals hence it is an another important
factor and it can be differ according to the people behavior. An well effective team is really
important on achieving organizational goals and objectives

TRO (Pvt) Ltd is a tire manufacturing company and its Mainly involved with the Government
agencies in rebuilding tires of their vehicle fleetsAgreement between the company and the
government is fixed and yields a fixed income for the company. It has 60 employees of
current workforce and the organizational culture is mainly centralized and family oriented,
Last month this company was acquired by the Omega Limited , a leading car exporter
planning to convert this business into a large scale tire rebuilding business with an island
wide retail chain. and the new plan is to whole restructure the company since its
organizational structure is centralized and family oriented, so the first thig is to identify what
is leadership and how different leaderships will motivate the employees of the organization
for that it is important of identifying the different motivational threoris so that those can be
concider in order to implement the new motivational programs for the employees and these
programs should run in a long time for that it is important of implementing proper systems
for it
