INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship defined as the process of designing or establishing a new business
weather it is small or big organization which means the owner of the particular enterprise is
known as entrepreneur. In simple terms entrepreneur is the person who has ability to take risk at
market place to earn profit or to launch their ideas in the market. Basically their main duty is to
control their organization and having the leadership quality before establishing any business. The
entrepreneur is seen as a creator of innovative ideas by considering and managing all the internal
and external factors. In fact their major responsibility is to proper utilisation of all the available
resources. Mainly entrepreneur influence economic growth of the country and before
establishing a small or big organization they need to collect appropriate data and information. In
addition overall business is depend on the entrepreneur because they are the owner of the
enterprise due to that they are liable for all the things whatever is going to happened in the
company. This below report consist all the relevant point which comes under entrepreneurship.
TASK 1
P.1 Types of entrepreneur ventures and how they relate to the typology of entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneur is having broad nature consisting various qualities like expansion of their
present business or mergers and acquisition. Entrepreneur is having four different types of
entrepreneur ventures through which they can build their business image (Tribbitt, 2012).
Four different types of entrepreneur ventures:-
Small business entrepreneurship:- In today's scenario most of the persons are not
having that much of capital to establish or design big or large enterprise so they
are trying to build small business to run it smoothly at the market place to earn
minimum profit (Narayanan, 2012). For example some of the small business are
grocery shops, general store etc.
Scalable start-up entrepreneurship:- Scalable start-ups are like creation of new
ideas.
Large enterprise entrepreneurship:- Large companies are having lots of
opportunities and ideas to promote their product at market place because they are
having a sufficient funds which is very helpful foe the growth of their business
(Sharma, and et. al., 2015). In fact large organization manufacture their product

according to the taste and preferences of their customer basically they follow the
present trends.
Social entrepreneurship :- The main target of the social entrepreneur is to fulfil
the basic needs of society. In fact social entrepreneur are very much worried about
society interest and habits which means their main aim is to satisfied their
customers by serving them best qualitative products (Zhang, Y 2010). In fact
social entrepreneur are society oriented.
It is interesting to know that entrepreneur typologies are very much related to the human
behaviour because they can identify the different types of entrepreneur. Basically typology is
very useful in understanding the relation between types and its subject. To learn in brief about
entrepreneur typology act as a tool to express all the deep thoughts about owners of the business
because entrepreneur is having a broad concept which require types to get aware about all the
essentials matters (Duysters, 2010). Employees of an organization also used typology to learn
thing in deeply or to understand thing more accurately which required lots of expertise quality. In
fact typology are very much related to the entrepreneurship because it explains the term clearly
and helping in proper estimation of future.
P 2 Exploration of similarities and differences between entrepreneurial ventures.
Entrepreneur and ventures consist both similarities and differences also because they both
are the owner of the single business but the major difference is due to the small and big
organization (Mbzibain, 2015). In fact both have pursuing their business to some sort of profit as
their main target or goal is to earn more and more profit.
Some of the basic differences in between entrepreneur ventures are:-
Entrepreneur are the owner of the big organization which are having a large
amount of capital to invest in the business with maximum number of shareholders
to expand their business across the globe (Tate, 2015). Whereas ventures are one
of the branch of big organization or part of leading industry by having small
enterprise with minimum capital or shareholders.
Entrepreneur are more likely believes in doing things according to their choice
without repeating or cheated from others because they want to expand or build
their product as one of the famous at market place (Shaukat, 2015). Whereas
ventures are the followers of their head offices which means they follow the ideas
