INTRODUCTION Types of an organization refers to its legal status which consists various aspects such as formation, control, ownership etc. into consideration. The presentation will be discussing types and purposes of organization where different forms such as public, private, voluntary, etc. are to be evaluated.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF ORGANIZATIONS Different between profit, non-profit and non government organization- Profit organizationare such entities whose main aim is to generate profit by carrying out organizational activities. At the same timenon-profit organizationsare such entities whose main concern is not profit. Non government organizationare all those entities where government is not having any share in term of ownership and entire power lies in the jurisdiction of some private power.
LEGAL STRUCTURES- Therearemultipletypesoflegalstructurestoo.Suchassoletraders, partnership, private limited companies, limited companies, non-profit-making company etc. Sole tradersis one of the easiest form, there is less requirement of fulfilling legal requirements here, a person may start its operations with limited legal onus.
