INTRODUCTION
 A business can be defined as an entity that includes both
commercial and professional activities. Business can be profitable
or nonprofitable depending upon the organization and how the
management of the organization works.
 The Company taken in this report is Tesco which is a retail
supermarket chain in the United Kingdom that provides variety of
grocery items and quality services to its consumers. It is an
organization that was identified in the year 1919 by Jack Cohen in
the UK.
 Tesco has its shop in 4,673 locations and also operates in the
international market. It is a large organization that has employed
around 367,321.

Their are different types of organization like private, public and voluntary which have different purpose and their
structure is also Legal.
