1TYPOLOGY TEST
As far as my personality test is concerned, I have done a Jung Typology test in order to
get adequate results on the insights into my personality. One of the major purpose of choosing
the typology test of Jung is that this online personality test is highly emphasised on the process
of not only the personality characteristics of a person but also putting focus on the relationship
with other people as well. In this regard, it will be effective for me to understand my personality
and its impact on the relationship with others. Furthermore, there are also facets of the
personality type that facilitates better identification of my strengths and weakness in course of
my social and professional practices.
Based on the Jung’s typology test, my introversion scores 12%. It means I have slight
preference of introversion over extroversion. From the research of Bester (2019) it can be stated
that the introverts are trying to make comfortably living alone and being by themselves. It means
people having an introvert type of personality are keeping away themselves from the surrounding
worlds. Therefore, limited communication with the colleagues and people and use of social
networking sites are of limited use. In fact, the people with introvert mentality are not fond of
using more social relationship with other people. However, it is not true that introversion always
makes a person sceptical and creates hatred.
Furthermore, I my personality traits have more inclination towards the intuition over
sensing. The Jung’s typology test scores my personality the most in my intuition with a
percentage of 38. It means I prefer to take decisions based on my intuition rather than sensing.
From the search of Klein (2015) the intuitive decision making makes a person clear perception
over the fathom of decision making. As a result of that in my case I clearly acknowledge my
objectives and open my mind for new ideas. It helps me to make transform myself with the
change in situation and figure out the risk factors before taking the decision.
