Overview of the study
The study aims to analysing the strength and weakness of UAE that adds value in
developing the operations of the business. Therefore, the United Arab Emirates, sometimes
mainly recognised as the Emirates, thus, it is a country in Western Asia which is located at the
eastern end of the Arabian Peninsula (Lasrado and Uzbeck, 2017). It borders Oman and Saudi
Arabia, and has maritime borders in the Persian Gulf with Qatar and Iran. This is the most
developed nation which has provides higher opportunity to the businesses to grow. The entire
economy of the country is recovering on a rapid basis, although with many fluctuations within
the development but still seeing growth in the economy and GDP, specifically due to the
development in construction business, communication, production and service sector. mainly the
immigrants make it possible because of their high percentage in the UAE workers.The economy
of UAE at the recent time is fairly recovering through the downfall and diversifying within
assorted areas to increase development (Ehyaei and et.al., 2021). For the reason of increasing the
oil prices the oil industry represents the more than one third of the GDP, demand through the
neighbouring regions has also strengthened its export activities. The consistent increasing price
of oil basically supports the government injecting wide amount of windfall oil revenues within
the local economy to stimulate the non-oil sector, developing the disposable income of the
poorer area of the population, however, this termed as the key strength of UAE. The another
merits involves no trade barriers, competitive labour cost, effective and competitive real estate
cost, no foreign exchange control, full range of ultramodern and sophisticated banking sector,
efficient transport and distribution facility, tolerant, stable, progressive society, progressive
working environment and so on (Abdullah, Ahmad-Zaluki and Abd Rahim, 2020). That are
effective in increasing the operations of the business. on the other hand, there are assorted
weaknesses like strong service sector reserved for UAE nationals, real estate facilities, hunting
and forestry, not an English common law jurisdiction, Each Emirate has its own business setup
rules and regulations, rising cost of living in key emirates and so on, that are affecting the

operational enhancement of the business in UAE. In this present study, analysis has been
executing over the study of World Trade Bank, it is an international financial institution which
renders loans and grants to the government of low and middle income countries for the intention
of pursuing capital projects. The headquarter of the firm is in 1818 H Street NW, Washington,
D.C., U.S. the formation of the bank is done in the year of 1944 (Lasrado, 2017).
Rationale of the research
The key intention of executing the study over the aspect of investigating the strength and
weakness of UAE that adds value in developing the operations of the business is that, the
strength and weakness of UAE is the major concerned area and the study helps in exploring in-
depth idea and knowledge in relation to the chosen study area and also analyzing the suitable
power and weaknesses of UAE that adds value in increasing growth opportunity for the
businesses. The another intention of executing the research is the personal interest of the
researcher as the investigator wants to explore own idea and knowledge in relation to the similar
subject (Bose, 2020). The investigation is also effective in developing personal as well as
professional skills. In addition to this, the study is creating value in developing the data
collection, time assessment ability which creates significance in attempting the future studies in
more reliable manner. The study is also creating value for the businesses in UAE to analyzing
the strength and weakness of the country and moving in the right direction to attain development
and progression (Kushwaha and et.al., 2021).
