Problem statement
•However, the company has had a significant fall in
the level of revenue collected in the last two years
•The fall in revenue has been closely linked to the
communication disparities among the internal
stakeholders
•The internal stakeholders include but not limited to;
the company drivers, customers, customer support
and the top management
•Due to such a scenario, the company management
has reached a decision to develop a mobile
application as a remedy to the identified problem
