Through an effective use of project management, the business organizations will poses ability to employ of reliable as well
as level of transparency which are established to meet with the strategic objectives. It helps to obtain greater business
value from project investments. The purpose of project management is to execute which provides with an increase of
value to the business and customer. The paper is based on three interventions such as increase the level of
communication, increase level of transparency and improve management oversight. The paper analyzes identification of
communication goals where the employees will be able to focus on a common objective.

SITUATION
The report aims to explore the ways by which an organization will be able to increase the shared level of value. The initial
ideation is based on a concept map for capturing the value creation. The CMAPS are based on strategy, people
management, finance, and marketing and operations management. The second section of the study has addressed the
organizational measure of value; this is based on the level of value created for 4-6 years. The strategy developed within
the organization has used a top down approach. The core values of the business are at first implemented by the
management via lower levels response from the adoption team. These results are then compared with greater response
from the adoption team. The overall measures are distributed with the appropriate concern, questions and
implementation.
CONCERN
The company is concerned about the business functions of Amcor, Australia as the company has lack of management
support, and lack of communication skills among the project team members. In case of any issues, the team members are
not able to communicate with each other. Therefore, the company is not able to meet with their business value.
QUESTION
How can we increase the Level of Communication within the organization to external stakeholders consistently and
deliberately?
ANSWER
There is increase of communication by setting of the organizational sessions along with engagements of the stakeholders
to understand the communication solutions. It would help to make improvement over the organizational benefits and
vision.
IMPLEMENTATION
The organization is developed a communication plan as a roadmap to help the team to reach the program goals. The
program goals are established with a specific aspect of the program.
RATIONALE
The business value method is a net present estimate with the unbiased inputs. Most of the companies are used of net
present value to derive the valuation, and the net present value of the company is evaluation of financial benefits and
communication requirement of the project work.
