Introduction
In order to effectively analyse and assess the qualities which are developed by a student
during their learning of a module and engaging in various activities, it is important that reflection
is created so that self evaluation of skills and qualities can be done. Reflection is a practice which
helps an individual in analysing their actions, reaction, feeling etc. while doing a work so that the
qualities and skills developed during the work can be analysed (Banton, T., 2020). It also helps
in determining the improvement which can be made in future so that situations can be handled
effectively through efficient actions and continuous learning. This report contains a reflection of
the qualities that have been learnt through workshop exercises and module experiences which
can help in developing these qualities so that overall personal and professional development can
take place.

Reflection activity has helped me in determining various aspects of my learning process
which has helped me in my growth and development along with acquiring various new qualities
so that i can become better in future and efficiently perform my work. Through reflection i have
been able to analyse my experiences while workshops and module learning so that i can develop
an insight of my potential and the areas which are my strengths and weaknesses. With the help of
my qualities i am able to perform various activities effectively so that better results can be
achieved and i can handle a situation appropriately. The qualities that i have been able to identify
which make me better than others are that i am good at communication skills, i can think
critically, i can learn quickly and also i am sincere towards my work. All these qualities helped
me through my learning process so that i can understand the lectures that were taught in the class
so that i could perform better in my exams. Also these qualities helped me in my personal and
professional development as the experiences that i gained through workshops; module learning
can effectively help in building my career and making me successful in life.
The most important quality that i possess is the ability to communicate effectively which
help me in influencing people in an efficient manner and also in making them understand my
point of views. Also i can create a better understanding with the help of this skill by
understanding their view points effectively so that a two way communication can take place.
