INTRODUCTION
Employment skills are the skills which a student develops during high school that comes
in handy in the future for their job, This project will identify the employment skills which
student requires for business. This project will be a self-evaluation and reflection of ideas the
individuals develop during their studies. In this project areas of improvement will be shown
addressing the areas of development.

Audit and Evaluation of Key Skills
The skills to be well-developed and that could help for developing the future goals and
objective. This could be important for leaning and taking much experience while for working
with having the effective manner. Skills development must be required for having the better
future aspects and make sure for those things which are to be required and having the better
goals. This could be also important in developing the skills such as communication, technical,
teamwork skills that could help for which the future aspects (Ngamprakhon, 2021). In having the
proper process for which the skills can be developed and make sure for this developed. The most
important skills which can be compulsory for developed such as communication. It and attitude
adaptability. The most important skills needed for learning is the right mindset for which the
work can be complete and make sure about the goals and objective.
Discipline must be required for learning something new and also make more effort for
having the better focus on tasks. Students can distracted by anything, so for keeping the focus the
discipline must be required. Self motivation might be important for which students can
encouraged themselves for offered some help and making sure about learning some more basic
things (Daubney, 2021). Time management in which the skills can developed while by managing
the time for having proper process in learning some new things. Learning skills can help for
setting goals in which students can identify correctly goals and objective. Along with also
