INTRODUCTION
In the organisation human resource plays a vital role it helps in dealing with the exhibition of the
business by recruiting the best workers in the business. It helps in diminishing the odds of
struggles in the association with the goal that solid climate can be kept up in the business.
dealing with the workers in the business helps in upgrading the general presentation of the
organization in the commercial center. Human resource department try to motivate the employee
so that they can give their best while performing the activities of the business. Talent
development is the part of the HR process which is designed to motive and retain the best
employees in the business because if the best employees will leave the organisation then it can
create loss of the business in the marketplace (Elhosiny, 2019).
MAIN BODY
Three motivation Process theories and discuss their role in the workplace.
Motivation helps in increasing the ability of the individual by developing their confidence which
further helps in individual in achieving their goals effectively. If the individual is confident then
it helps in developing the overall services of the company which further improves the goodwill
of the company in the economy. The behavioural and psychological processes that motivate the
individual to act in the particular situation is known as process theories of motivation. These
theories are basically used in the organisation to motive the employees so that business can
achieve their target effectively (Manca, 2019). The Expectancy Theory: As per Victor Vroom,
an educator at the Yale School of Business, inspiration is the aftereffect of individual decisions
to amplify joy or limit torment. Vroome's hypothesis is that albeit singular objectives might be
extraordinary, sometimes they can act together for a shared objective. To this end, there should
be a positive relationship between's representatives' endeavors and their exhibition, and positive
execution should be remunerated such that addresses significant issues. For representatives, the
craving to address this issue is solid to such an extent that the exertion. is worth it, and meeting
this need after successful completion of the task is expected to drive performance. Mangers in
the organisation should appreciate the hard work done by the employees so that they can remain
motivated towards the assign task. Organisation should provide the task as per skills of the
customers so that employees cannot face any issue while completing it. It will build the
confidence level of the employees in the business due to which their efficiency will also get
