INTRODUCTION Quality management is the process to make assure that whole process of creating product and services which are delivering by the organization to its consumers, are covering set quality standards by the company on routine period and process runs in efficient and effective manner as well. Quality management covers three main components that are Quality control, Quality assurance and Quality improvement. These three components will also covers in this report. (Gunasekaran, Subramanian and Ngai, 2019) In order to elaborate this report organization was selected as Quality Tooling Company (QTC), which is located in North East region of England in early 1960s. Its parent organization isEngineering Tooling Company (ETC). Company manufactures engineering rules, engineering calipers, scribes, micrometers and other tools that supports to produce high quality products. Company is set up in early 1960s, with time there are many changes takes place and leads to various issues for the organization. Company observe that engineering attraction decreases in UKand acrossthe globe as well, which leadsto less-attractiontowardstheir products. Globalization rises competition and maintain alternative option for consumer. Company observes that best way to survive among market is to place its product on the global level. Furtherinthisreportitwillinclude,improvementstrategyaccordingtoselected company, Total quality management, Quality assurance, Quality control and the sustainability of the Culture of Quality. MAIN BODY Company wide operational improvement strategy to solve the issues/problems with QTC The company wide quality improvement strategy for Quality Tooling Company (QTC) will be done by identifying the issues and problems which the company is facing at large scale. For this the operational improvement strategy is being taken into consideration at large scale. This is done by - Cause and Effect Analysis —Cause and effect analysis is the technique which helps to identify the likely factors which are the causes of the problem. This means to find and analyse the main cause of the problem which the company QTC is facing. For ensuring the improvement to be made for the issue identified which is decline of engineering in the North East of England and increased competition from globalization, company commanded great respect from the industry
but was untenable for long term. This cause and effect analysis can help in fixing the main cause and the problem which is to be solved. Implementation of TQM —TQM (Total Quality Management) is the process of continual of detecting and reducing or eliminating the errors which are used in the manufacturing (Kaur, Singh and Singh, 2020).Implementation of TQM helps in identifying and solving the issue and problem which has been occurred. By implementing TQM, QTC is able to analyse and solve the problem which is being identified. TQM implementation helps in analysing and solving the basis of how the company isreassuring the quality measures with the help of this strategy at large scale. ISO 9000 —International Organization for Standardization (ISO) helps in establishing and maintaining quality assurance an effective quality assurance (QA) system for servicing and manufacturing industries at large scale. This is the standard which is undertaken and is initialized for addressing the concerns related to solving the issue which QTC is facing. It is the set standard for quality assurance to help the company effectively develop the documents at large scale. This standard is established for analysing the concerns and solving the issue and problem which is to be addressed appropriately at large scale. Quality Assurance —It is the term which is signified within the manufacturing industry to describe the efforts which are made systematic towards the customers and the products are delivered to them upon proper performance, design and reliability (Felderer and Ramler, 2021). This strategy being implemented for the company QTC will help in developing and solving the issue which they are facing in the decline of engineering in the North East of England and increased competition from the globalization at large scale. Quality assurance strategy should be adopted so that the company is able to create value and is initiating this step to improve the work at large scale. Quality Control —Quality control is the process by which the companies and organizations review the quality of all factors which are involved in the production. This is the method which helps in solving the issue which QTC is facing as the quality measures are analyzed for the products and services which are utilized for the production process. There was need for improvement in the product ranges which the company is supplying to the customers. This will help the course of business activities which are to be performed within the system. By inspecting, the quality of the products which are in large range are analyzed and this helps in ensuring the basis of how effectively there are concerns regarding solving of the issues and problems at large scale. Process Analysis —Process analysis is the basis of rational breakdown of the process of production into different phases which helps in framing and turning the input into output. To understand the steps in the process of quality checking of the products and services which are to be improved for the long term are analyzed. By using the process analysis, the company will be able to improve and demonstrate the aspects which are considered and are rectified within the production of the products to be made available to the customers at large scale within the market. This will help in channelizing and improving the methods of production which are used within QTC. Quality Systems —Quality system is the specific implementation of quality standards and tools which are used to improve the process of QTC. With the help of proper quality systems the company will be able to analyze and address the concerns related to improvement in the production process of the products and services at large scale (Daradkeh and Moh'd Al-Dwairi, 2018).It is very important strategy for QTC to take the charge and improve the quality of the products and services so that there is no further decline faced in regard to engineering of the products and services. It is the manner in which this issue of decline in engineering will be solved at large scale appropriately. Continuous Improvement —Continuous improvement is the ongoing improvement of products ,processesandservicesthroughbreakthroughandincrementalimprovements.Itisvery important for QTC to improve the products and services for long term so that the customers are satisfied. They are able to identify and evaluate and identify the key problems which is related to the solving of the issue and problem company is facing. This strategy will help QTC to analyze and identify the measures which are initiated and are categorized for solving the issue of
production of products and services. This is termed and is categorized as improvement to be made in significant manner. Along with this, radical strategy is also developed for the company. Sustenance of the Quality Culture Team work —With the help of team work, QTC will be able to effectively apply all the positive measures which are related to improving the products and services appropriately. The team work will ensure that the radical strategy is being applied in appropriate manner to ensure the survival for the business (Driskell, Salas and Driskell, 2018).With the efforts made for the positive team work to be included, the company will be able to improve the standards and the processes for the products and services delivered to the customers and for competitors. Team working will help in increasing the collaboration and will allow brainstorming so that the issues and problems are solved within the company in significant manner. The team work will help in ensuring the concerns which will help in improving the decline in the engineering process sue to which the product range is being impacted for the customers and competitors to be made available. Staff Empowerment —It is very important that the staff is empowered so that the business of QTC is working in proper aspect at large scale. The company is also keeping the aspect of growth and improvement so that the customers are satisfied. The competitors are also well aware of the products and services which are scrutinized within the quality structure or system. Staff empowerment is very necessary to seek improvement in the business through firm and stable decisions which are taken in appropriate manner. The commitment and loyalty of the workforce is determined and identified in the QTC. The staff has been rewarded by the company but this was not sufficient. It helped in understanding and creating value for the aspects of how the staff is to be motivated for longer run for the success and establishment of the company at large scale. Withe the help of staff empowerment, the company will be able to channelize and create new ways of development and growth. Quality Culture: Change Management —Change management is defined as systematic approach to deal with the transformation of the organization goals, technologies and processes at large scale. The quality culture can be maintained with the help of change management which is being considered within the structure of how the company is ensuring the improvement in the products and services which are to be delivered to the customers in the market (Galli, 2018).It is
very important that the transformation is done for engineering process of the products and services The company needs to change and develop the new engineering based entity so that the products and services are utilized for longer term. The radical strategy has been framed which had to be developed to ensure the survival of the business appropriately. This is signified to address that the change management is the way through which the products and services of QTC will be able to reach the customers and competitors are also able to compete with them accordingly. Quality Teams —Quality teams are the teams which will help in taking lead to implement quality improvement activities. The skilled and loyal workforce was appointed within the company QTC which were recognized and rewarded by the company in various ways. The new market has been then expanded in better ways at large scale. The quality teams should be developed more appropriately in the ways which help in creating value to the business in the structured form at large scale. With the help of quality teams the work and processes will be checked according to the quality basis and forms at large scale. It became very necessary for the company to frame and collect the members of the teams so that they are able to deliver quality work within the system at large scale. There are specific ways which helps in determining the significance of changing the engineering procedures for the products and services to be improved at large scale. QualityLeadership—Qualityleadershipisthepreconditionforimplementingquality management. The leaders direct and structure the organization which helps them to analyze and identify the concerns related to leading to the work and process towards growth and development (Silva and et.al., 2021).The leaders' behavior is also analyzed within the QTC which helps in demonstrating the critical elements to the success of quality management process to be effective. Improvement is necessary for company to address and create value for the quality of products and services to be improved within the system. The leaders of the company should be able to create value for directing the workforce regularly for improvements and changes. This is done by the decisions which are taken by the leaders on the work performance. Leaders should be appointed so that the quality check is being done for the systems and procedures to be addressed at large scale. There are concerns which helps in depicting the improvement which QTC needs for its products and services at large scale.

Business Operations Systems —It is the standard collection of the business processes which is used in diversified businesses. It is very basic and major concern for company to analyze and evaluate the business process related to the improvement in the engineering entity which is QTC. It is very important that the business entity diversifies its measures of the different types of systems which are related to quality measures should be identified and concerned at large scale. This will help in signifying the measures which are used within the quality improvement aspects at large scale (Hacioglu and Sevgilioglu, 2019). The business operating systems helps in signifying the concerns which are related to the business operations and the systems which are concerned in appropriate manner. The business operations helped in analyzing the concerns so that the operations are being improved which is necessary and are regarding the engineering aspects. The business operations are necessary for QTC to be evaluated so that the engineering of the products and services is done properly and the company is analyzing the concerns related to the aspects of growth and development which is required. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMANDATIONS From above report it concludes that quality management is the process to ensures the quality of final products or services that are ready to deliver in the market. Apart from this it is also concludes that application Total quality management principles are make production process effective and efficient, products and services are also reached to quality standards that are set by organization. (Nguyen and Nagase, 2019)Along with that it is also concludes that Quality assurances and quality control plays a vital role to maintain consistency in quality of product or service. These quality checks helps organization to make product more customer friendly and that is according to customers expectations. For explain application of Talent quality management, Quality assurance, Quality control and other covered point organization was selected as Quality Tooling Company (QTC). QTC were dealing in engineering equipments and tools, which supports to make high quality products. QTC were facing some issues and problems which solve through implementation of quality management policies and principles.
Apart from all these, this report highlighted company wide operational improvement strategy, sustainabilityof the Culture of Quality. These points also covers effects of quality management on organization. Quality management enhances organizational success. From this report it is get to know that, quality management to attract more consumer among market, to compete with competitors improvement strategy is an effective way. There are some key recommendation to solve the issues, that is stated below: Total quality management is helpful to solving the consumer based issue which is facing by the company. Customers figure out more standard quality product comparison of QTC's product, which rises issues in front of the company. Function of Total quality management is that, to improves quality of the product or service through focused on the customers desires and theirexpectations.ImplementationofTotalQualitymanagementprinciplesarehighly recommends for organization due to company facing issues where consumer and the marketplace is the leading reason, so organization should apply Total quality management principles. TQM enhances customer's focus of the company, it leads to more research on consumer needs and their assumption towards company's product. With research, it is easy for the company to make objective which covers customers desire. It is effective for the company, through application of TQM principles it is also easy to get stability among global level, quality standard is the only way through which company compete on a global level(Nasim, Sikander and Tian, 2020). Loopholes and mistakes that are affecting production process of the final goods and services, from prevents them company uses Quality assurance(Sánchez-Chaparro, Gómez-Frías, and González-Benito, 2020). Company focused on quality assurance to deliver less defective quality product to its customer. In this competitive world where QTC facing issue of consumer decreasing graph and competitors rising graph, it is very important to deliver more qualitative products to its customer. Company also want to get stability in global market, so on that stage as well Quality assurance plays a vital role. It recommands to the company that, engage Quality assurance more aggressively and rapidly to achieve quality standards that are set by the organization. Quality assurance makes sure that products and services are achieving quality standards on a regular basis, quality products earn trust and loyalty of the customer. Loyal consumer base is more effective to the company to come out through present issues. Company want to earn goodwill in the global market and generates customers on a global level, so
company should maintain flexible standard which are change and update with time. (Liu, Ma and Zhao, 2019) Company where facing issues of decreasing customer base and rising in competitors, so quality control is the effective planing to make both of them in control. Quality control is a process in which management ensures the quality of product is constant and there are any chances to improve it. Quality control consists various sampling test according to respective industries. It grabs more customer to QTC in global market, after testing process company get to know about their defects and mistakes which maintains there quality amongst customer. Quality assurance and Quality control both works hand to hand, both are support to produce high quality standard product. Company's vision to project itself in global marketplace, so Quality control and assurance both supports to make company stable. Company also want to hold its decreasing consumer, so through applied Quality control on every stage of production helps them to make more qualitative outputs. Quality control also inspire to employees to create high quality products for their respective company, as company have loyal workforce so it is very positive step for the company to implement it.
