Introduction – UK Culture
The corporate culture of the consulting agency is considerably
influenced by the culture of the United Kingdom as the head
office of the organization takes place in the mentioned nation.
The value dimensions like Power Distance, Individualism,
Masculinity, Uncertainty Avoidance, Long Term Orientation
and Indulgence of the culture and the society are significant in
stating the impact of the culture on the organization (Dartey-
Baah 2013).
UK as a country scores 35,89,66,35,51 and 69 in Power
Distance, Individualism, Masculinity, Uncertainty Avoidance,
Long Term Orientation and Indulgence respectively (Hofstede-
insights.com. 2018).

UK and Brazil
o The people of UK is observed to believe that there should not be any sort inequality
among the people and on the other hand, Brazil has positive impression for the
hierarchy and the existence of the inequality among the people.
o UK is significantly individualist country while the people of Brazil believes in the
collectivism (Uz 2014).
o UK is comparatively more driven by the competition, success, achievement or the
urge to become the best compared to Brazil.

UK and Brazil
UK with a low score on the uncertainty avoidance is not too
much influenced with the results that they will be able to
achieve at the end of he day or with the changes in the plans
whereas Brazil is observed to be significantly affected with
the changes.
UK as a country is seen to score 51 in the long term
orientation and thus does not provide any dominant
preferences in the Long Term Orientation. Brazil with the
score of 44, shows almost same characteristics.
UK and Brazil bot the countries are considered as indulgent
societies.
