INTRODUCTION
Higher education is the final phase of education which involves completion of degree.
This degree includes both the levels i.e. graduate and postgraduate. Both these levels are
professional ans skill oriented. Higher education has a lot of benefits and it also open the door of
many opportunities in life. It makes an individual independent and give him confidence for
becoming financially stable. This report will discuss the advantages of pursuing higher education
in UK's universities. It will also include the personal experience of studying higher education in
UK.

The higher education in UK is considered one of the best in the world because of the
environment it provides to the students. Every year more than 500,000 students from different
countries come to UK for pursuing their higher education. The reputation of the universities of
UK is very good which attracts the students to come here. These universities provide diverse
culture, rich heritage and best teaching facilities. These universities provide students with world
wide recognition since all the top companies hire students from these famous universities.
Studying in UK helps the students in improving their skill and knowledge, meeting with new
people and gain new experience in their culture(LópezRíos, LechugaLópez and LechugaLópez,
2020). Students receive tremendous support from their universities which help them in achieving
greater heights in future. They get a chance of enjoy their student life in this positive
environment which enables them to give their best. Some advantages of studying in universities
of UK are given below :
 High quality education- It is the dream of every student to pursue his higher education
in any foreign country like UK. Since these universities provide the students with high
level teaching facilities and gives them up to dates system of education. They give their
students variety of options to choose their course according to their interest. There are
many courses for short duration which are very beneficial for the development of
students(Sokhanvar, Salehi and Sokhanvar, 2021). If any student chooses to do the

Masters program with Ph. D , then his tuition fees and cost of accommodation will gets
reduced. Universities of UK have good reputation due to the spectacular research
facilities provided by them. These universities are fitted with large and modern libraries,
laboratories and museums.
 Courses availability- There are so many universities in UK which provide various
opportunities to their students. A student can select from a wide range of programs and
courses which are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. The most
popular universities in UK are Cambridge and Oxford which are known by everyone
around the world(MurilloZamorano, Sánchez and GodoyCaballero, 2019) . These
universities provide great quality education and world class courses to its students. It
helps the students in deciding the course according to their interest for excelling in the
career. These universities provide a positive environment to the students which will
increase their productivity.
 Students gets to meet large student community- UK is considered as one of the best-
loved locations for higher education by the students. Students from different countries
come here for pursuing their education. Approximately more than 30,000 students come
to UK every year for education purpose from all over the world. All the Students are
treated with immense warmth and respect. This shows the culture of the universities in
UK. These universities does not discriminate between students on any basis and treat all
students equally (Olojuolawe and et. al., 2019) . The students get a chance to learn new

students.
 Working while studying- It is considered as an extra skill set for the students to do

the students can find any work which will improve their skill and knowledge. They can
also add this experience in their resume for getting better opportunities in future
(Suleman, 2018). Many universities also provide work placements which helps the
students in managing the expenses of study.

financial assistance, experience, the cost of living is quite reasonable and they also get many

health benefits. There are large numbers of clubs, cinemas, restaurants, societies and modern

Personal experience
UK is a multicultural nation which mean campuses will be filled with students from
various cultures. So I will get to meet new people from all around the globe and learn many
things from them apart from studying. I will also get some financial assistance in the form of
scholarships and grants. The cost of living is also quite reasonable. Studying in UK will be great
for my career growth and development. Obtaining a degree from UK will be beneficial for me as
their universities are very much respected across the globe. They will provide me with different
courses and subjects for study. The mention of degree will look great on my CV and it will also
help me in applying for various jobs and meet the qualification criteria. Universities of UK are
internationally recognized for providing creative and challenging environments which pushes
the students to give their best. There have many experts for different academic topics and the
ranking of these universities is quite high as compared to other universities around the world.
CONCLUSION
This report mentions the advantages of studying in United Kingdom. As UK is most
famous between students for higher education. The universities of UK are world class in
rankings and provides first-class education to the students. The perks and facilities which a
student will get were also discussed in this report. Benefits of getting a degree from UK
university was explained briefly. The university offerings to students were also discussed in the
project. A personal reflection was also made to know why it is beneficial for a student to get
higher education in UK.
