This presentation provides the Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) for the design and establishment of a 45 degrees car park adjacent to the retirement village in Oran Park Town. The B.O.Q includes cost of earthwork, formwork, machineries, labor and other materials. The park is to be 55m x 15m x 4m deep and the volume of earthwork is 1980m3. The B.O.Q is tabulated and includes details of machineries, materials, labor and operations, and miscellaneous costs.
